Position Description
Aquarius Sports and Entertainment is seeking a Coordinator/Senior Coordinator to join the agency’s Client Services team to support the planning, implementation and execution of sponsorships, as well as activations and experiential marketing platforms, on behalf of agency clients. The Coordinator/Senior Coordinator will be expected to participate in the program development process, provide onsite assistance at events, and provide general support/tactical assistance for the Client Services team. Additionally, the Coordinator/Senior Coordinator will be asked to research, summarize, analyze and draft client communications (i.e. agendas, recaps, presentations, etc.), as well as communicate information effectively and persuasively to both the Client Services team and agency clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Track client sponsorship and media assets
  • Prepare first drafts of agency and client communications
  • Document client and vendor interaction
  • Research, summarize, analyze and draw conclusions for client presentations
  • Participate in project planning and brainstorming sessions
  • Serve as a primary contact for vendors
  • Clearly communicate information effectively and persuasively to the internal account team
  • Identify and provide suggested solutions for problems/issues which may arise; involve agency colleagues as appropriate

Event Management

  • Plan, organize, coordinate and facilitate on-site events

Budgeting

  • Identify potential vendors and submit initial requests for bids
  • Make recommendations to the internal account team based, based on bids received
  • Track expenses/receipts for assigned programs

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments from various clients and agency colleagues
  • Positive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to support agency initiatives as requested

Education and/or Experience Required

  • College graduate
  • A minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience
  • Some travel required – varies by program, may include weekends and/or holidays
